By accessing or using the Biosphere Navigator (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are using the Game on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. Use of the Game
- The Game is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If you are under 13, please do not use it.
- You agree not to use the Game for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious purpose.
- You are responsible for your own interactions and for any content you share via challenge links.
3. Intellectual Property
All content in the Game, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Terra Prep or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
4. User-Generated Content & Challenge Links
The Game allows you to generate challenge links that contain encoded data about your run (reserve order and score). These links are created locally in your browser and are not stored on any server. You are solely responsible for the links you share. We do not moderate or control shared links.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Game is at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Terra Prep be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Game.
7. Third-Party Services
The Game uses map tiles from CARTO and OpenStreetMap, and fonts from Google Fonts. These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
